Today....I watched a tutorial on how to finger knit! So, I taught myself from the tutorial...and then I taught Madelyn as well! It's such a fun thing to do and Madelyn reallllly enjoys it! :o) (I am putting a tutorial of it at the end of this post if you would like to learn how to do it!)
Here's a few we have made so far....I made the red and black ones and Madelyn made the multi-colored one! Didn't she do a great job? She gave it to my MIL! :) You can use them to hang somewhere or as a scarf or belt or anything! :)
Here's a second one Madelyn is working on....
And...Jaxson HAD to have his picture taken too...LOL...so here ya go...my blue-eyed sweetheart....
And here is the tutorial on how to do it if you are interested......(it's a tutorial I found online....not made by me!)
Many of you have asked about our woodstove..I will make up a post about that soon! :o) Thanks so much for stopping by! :) AND...my sister is having a giveaway on her blog!!!! You can enter by going to THIS post! Best of luck!!! :o)

I once read a post somewhere from a person who finger knitted, and then folded the 'string' she got, like a harmonica..
ReplyDeleteThat way, she stitched the pieces together and made a 'real', thick scarf ;)
