Welcome and thanks so much for visiting! :) It's funny how a blog can reach out and connect us! I am blessed, so, by the beautiful, encouraging and loving comments and emails I receive daily from people, all around the country...and the world!

I am a simple woman, striving to live a joyful and pleasing life in serving my Savior, my husband and children. It is my desire to spread the love of Christ through my words and deeds to every person I meet.

For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.
2 Corinthians 2:15

I have been married for 16 years now and been truly blessed, by God, continually (through His eternal goodness). My husband and I have three children. They are each full of life and individuality, each contributing a special gift to our family. It is our goal, as parents, to create a strong family unit. We felt God lead us to educate our children at home. Through His mighty guidance as well as the support and encouragement from other homeschooling families...we began homeschooling and are now in our ninth year!

There are difficult times, yes,...but also many blessings that come from home education. I find my walk with God becomes closer when training my children up. There is no one better to turn to when you feel as though your best isn't good enough. My heart cries out to Him on a daily basis and He is so good and faithful. His Word is such a rich resource of information. I am so thankful for His love and guidance. I couldn't imagine not having my children home, with me, during this important time of their lives.

I am blessed to be a homemaker. I am fortunate to stay at home each day, tending to my home and children, while Chris works hard to provide for our family's needs. We are debt free, except for our mortgage. We live a simple, yet full and joy-filled life!

I enjoy knitting, crocheting and reading, walking and talking, exercising, playing and laughing. I enjoy gardening flowers and vegetables. I love making my house a home, a comfy, cozy place for my family to live. I know that I am in the place God would have me and am content! :) I am thankful for the life God has given me...the bad and the good. I learn and grow daily, by His gentle leading. This is the main focus of my life:

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
 ~Mark 12:30-31

Thank you, so much, for taking the time to visit my small corner of the world. I hope you find peace and encouragement here!

♥♥♥It is my strong hope that the love of Christ is abounding from
this blog like a beautiful fragrance from a sweet country blossom. May my words and deeds show my love for Him so His love is shown through me!
