Today's school day involved doing some school work inside....then when that was finished...OUT we went! It's Exploration Day!!! We spent some time looking for ant hills (found tons of those)...and ants (didn't find as many of those...it was chilly out this morning). The kids had a lot of fun exploring! After that, while I journaled out back at our picnic table...Madelyn drew a picture of an ant and wrote a sentence about them! After that....the kids were off...playing and enjoying God's Creation!!! It was a super nice morning! The air is comfortable..the sky is blue and the sun is shining!!!

ReplyDeleteO cool!! I love things like that ! You can also buy some butterfly chrysalis and watch them hatch for Spring outdoor adventures. We do it here on our classrooms and the kids love it!
