A Sweet Dedication

We bring them Lord, in thankful hands,
And yielding them up to Thee;
Joyful that we ourselves are Thine,
Thine let our off-spring be.
--John H. Gower

As I had mentioned before, this past Sunday, my family traveled an hour to attend my sister's church in order to participate in the dedication of baby Eloise to God. Here are photos of my children, dressed and ready to go...

It was a beautiful dedication...family and friends, alike, promising to help train up Eloise in the way she should go...to follow God's leading in her life! Here are Cory, Devon, Eloise (I think Devon's face is so cute in this photo!)...

The beautiful family and their pastor, during the ceremony...

I just love this photo...their pastor holding Eloise! I love his smile in this picture!

I still have pictures of ducks and other happenings from lately...but I need to go. There is much to do today...and if you haven't yet...you simply *must* go HERE and see some very exciting news I shared earlier this morning!!!

Be blessed today!

  1. How adorable!!!! Congrats on a new niece, very exciting news!!! My first grandbaby is due the end of August and I'm SO excited, although he will be born in Hawaii where my son is stationed, this grammy is already saving for the flight;) Sure hope that mouth pain goes away, it is no fun having wisdom teeth out, will keep you in my prayers!

  2. What a beautiful family! How special that you could be there for it.

    I LOVE your daughter's dress! Would you mind telling me where you got it. I would love to put my daughters in one.

  3. Congratulations on new baby girl in your family!
    Hope & pray your pain goes away.

  4. She is so cute and congrats on a NEW neice!! :) Babies everywhere! :) Thanks for the comment on my blog. It hit me that day after I posted that what the REAL name of the 'new' Homemaking book was called and I never got back around to commenting (in case anyone was looking for it on Vision Forum...:) Thanks!! :)

  5. Dedication of our children is a special time. Knowing we are dedicating them to our Heavenly Father with the promise of training them up in his word after He has blessed us with them is wonderful. Eloise & your littles are all so cute. Blessings!

I am always so grateful to read your comments! I thank you for the time you took to visit and share your thoughts with me. :o)
